At Fractal Lattice Collective, I’m here to help you rebuild your foundation. By combining targeted muscle work with total-body relaxation, I fix the patterns of tension that hold you back. Whether it’s deep myofascial release, restorative reflexology, or stretching, my mission is to get your body back in sync so you can move, live, and level up without the pain.

Frequently asked questions

  • Sessions range from $100-145 plus tax depending on the time of service. I've included my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.

  • I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone; gender-neutral draping is used for every session. I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me to help you feel comfortable joining my healing space.

  • For EMTs, Police, Medical Staff, Fire Department, Teachers, Students, and Social Workers. Must show badge at time of checkout

  • If the client is late, the session will end at the regularly scheduled time. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early. For cancellations, they must be made 24 hours in advance, or your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

  • For colds, flus, or acute illness, please get in contact with me to reschedule to ensure you get the rest you need.

    For other health conditions, please send a contact form before booking to confirm we have the right time frame, such as post-surgery.
